DAC Group is always on the hunt for talented, high-achieving digital marketing professionals. Right now, we’re looking for a SEO Specialist to join our team of forward-thinkers and ping-pong prodigies at our Toronto headquarters.

Are you a team player who can confidently collaborate with specialists across multiple teams and offices and dazzle executives with PowerPoint presentations that put TED Talks to shame? What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working closely with the rest of the SEO Team, and the greater Media Team, to develop strategic SEO programs and solutions for client accounts
  • Measuring and merchandising the value of SEO efforts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Conducting in-depth keyword research
  • Preparing high-value reports for key client programs
  • Performing site, local and on-page audits, analyses and optimizations for SEO best practice compliance
  • Working with internal and external content teams to develop SEO-focused content strategies for clients
  • Providing UX and site design recommendations
  • Keeping on top of all SEO changes and trends, and sharing them with the team
  • Researching competitor SEO metrics (ranks, inbound links, content distribution, social media exposure, on-page optimization, etc.) and making recommendations
  • Consulting with the development team to troubleshoot technical SEO issues and develop solutions
  • Present audit and SEO performance reports to clients and account managers

What We Get

  •  A self-motivated, charismatic, results-oriented professional with a minimum of 2 years of SEO experience (preferably in an enterprise-level agency environment) and a proven track record of improving organic search performance.
  • A stickler for detail — someone with a keen ability to mine through data and extract relevant, actionable insights.
  • A globe-trotter — well, not quite. Some travel (5-10%) may be required.
  • Someone with working knowledge of French and/or basic knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS and web standards would be an excellent asset.
