We have a member looking for a Zendesk and Content Creation Specialist with a solid understanding of the Project Management Lifecycle, an emphasis on customer engagement and help center set up.
Our perfect match will have experience and a high level of proficiency in the following:
- Customer engagement & help center setup
- Understanding the Product Lifecycle
- Creating contextual articles
- Creating interactive videos
- Experience working with a diverse team and the ability to interact with clients
Hours: 15-20 hours per week over 10 weeks, if you are able to create videos there is the potential to increase hours to 32 hours per week
