The T1 Agency is looking to contract a specialist with a minimum of 7+ years’ experience for a part-time position of approximately 15/hrs/week.
Duties and objectives will include:
Digital strategy development and management: Identifying the goals, metrics and KPIs needed for a successful campaign and developing the strategy to meet them. Turning marketing strategies into proposals and pitch presentations through integrated work with the full agency team.
Measurement: Capture and evaluate quantifiable campaign results against program objectives and adjust the strategy or inform the execution as needed to ensure success.
Understand the digital landscape: Continuously research and employ new information about social and digital changes. Keep your team and the greater agency informed of the best practices for marketing communication in the changing media landscape.
Operate with an intimate understanding of:
• Earned and paid promotion
• Production of and channels for, social content
• Community management
• Influencer marketing
• Blogs and podcasts
• Streaming services
Management: Lead and mentor a team from performance reviews to profitability. Actively assist in both organic and new business growth through the development of relationships inside and outside the agency.
