Responsibilities included...
• Creative oversight of Illustrators, Animators and Graphic Artists.
• Creative concepting of slot machine game art concepts.
• Manage expansion of studio creative assets including processes to enable use of contractors for added bandwidth.
• Set-up work processes for creatives to streamline production art and creative processes.
• Ensure contractors followed all studio creative processes and IP concerns.
• Also support graphics role of incoming game art assets by contractors.
• Provide conceptual theme ideas for studio and contractors.

Also as a contracting Creative Director to some clientele, I'm responsible for the Creative Direction of electronic gaming machine (EGM) visual content from art theme concept roughs through to final art for all static art, symbols and dynamic art panels, screen game bevel content, pay table and animation sequence content, as well as signage design. In addition I'm also a Senior Illustrator. Using Adobe Creative Suite, I collaborated with Game Designers working towards the final design and functionality/structure of the game package.
